FIREARMS TRANSFER POLICY ATF regulations require all firearms must be transferred to Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealers only and that no firearms may be shipped to individuals. The Gun Guys can transfer any firearm you want to a valid FFL dealer near you. The following in the procedure you can use to be able to purchase any firearm from our web site. This procedure is only necessary if you are unable to pick up the firearm in our shop. Step 1: Once you have picked out the firearm you wish to purchase, proceed to the check out as you would with any other purchase. Step 2: After we receive the order we will wait to process it until you have completed the Firearm Transfer Form and faxed it back to us along with a copy of the FFL for the dealer you want the firearm transferred to. Step 3: We will wait ten (10) days for a response from you. After the 10 days we will cancel your order. In the event your order is canceled we will refund the amount of the purchase minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping. Step 4: Once we have received the completed Firearm Transfer Form and FFL we will then package and ship your firearm. After we have shipped we will email you a tracking number so that you can track your package and will know when it arrives at you FFL dealers. After your FFL dealer has received the firearm you can make arrangements to fill out form 4473 (Federal Background Check) and after being approved may take your firearm home. |
